Maryland Easy Enrollment Health Insurance Program The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange partnered with the Maryland Comptroller to launch a new program enabling uninsured Marylanders to “check the box” on their state tax return and get a special enrollment period to sign up for coverage through Maryland Health Connection.
