The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) welcomes the input of stakeholders on a variety of issues as it prepares for the launch of the state-based health insurance exchange in 2014. Eligibility and Enrollment – Special Enrollment Periods and Termination of Qualified Health Plan Coverage

Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 159 of the 2013 Laws of Maryland, the Interim Procedures for Eligibility and Enrollment – Special Enrollment Periods and Termination of Qualified Health Plan Coverage will be formally promulgated as regulations according to the procedures specified in Maryland’s Administrative Procedure Act instead of being adopted through interim procedures.
